Sunaina Roshan On Her Rehab Journey: Sunaina Roshan recently opened up about her difficult rehab journey for her alcohol addiction. Tagging process 'tough', the star kid opened up about how she was grilled and asked tough questions as she was going through it. In a recent interview, the star kid also admitted that the journey was ultimately worth the pain because she finally overcame her addiction. She also revealed that she was battling cancer and tuberculosis at the same time, and that's when she became an alcoholic in order to cope.

In the interview with Pinkvilla, Sunaina said, "In rehab, 6-7 counsellors were grilling me. I did not sleep for 28 days while I was there. They would ask questions, getting everything out of your system. No perfume, coffee, sugar, or chocolate-nothing addictive was allowed. It was tough. There was no urge to drink-I was too tired from being grilled for 6-7 hours. It was the toughest thing. But it helped me a lot."

She also admitted injuring herself after drinking, "I would fall off beds and chairs and get marks on my body, like injuries. I have gone through it all. Once you're at a vulnerable stage, your body wants more every day-it's a vicious cycle. When the effect of alcohol wears off, you get anxiety, dehydration, and palpitations. So, to cover it up, you drink more. During those months, you feel good, but the aftereffects are terrible."

Who Is Sunaina Roshan?

Sunaina Roshan is the elder sister of Hrithik Roshan and daughter of Rakesh Roshan and Pinki Roshan. The 53-year-old was also a co-producer of Krazzy 4 (2008). Coming to personal life, Sunaina was married to fashion designer Ashish Soni, to whom she got divorced in 2000. Later, she got married to a US-based businessman, Mohan Nagar, in 2009.
