Saif Ali Khan Talks About Burglary: During an attempted robbery, Saif Ali Khan was stabbed at his Bandra house in Mumbai on January 16. The actor was in critical condition but thankfully the surgery took place and the wound to his thoracic spine was healed. Recently, Saif Ali Khan addressed the burglary. He claimed that the burglars like was more "screwed" than his. He then made a light-hearted comedy about the situation. When his security was addressed, Said said that "Nothing will change" even after the attempted burglary.

Saif Ali Khan Addresses Burglary, Says 'Poor Guys Is More Screwed...'

Saif Ali Khan was attacked with a knife during the attempted burglary. Talking to Delhi Times, Saif Ali Khan said, that the attack was "burglary attempt gone wrong." Talking about the attack and his security, Saif said, "Nothing will change. See, if you start doing that... because I don't feel I'm under threat." Talking about the intruder, Saif said, "It was not a premeditated attack. I think it just was a burglary attempt gone wrong. That poor guy, his life is more screwed than mine." When asked what would have Saif done if he was in the same situation again, he said, "I would put on the light and firstly tell him, 'Do you know who I am?' And I think he would say, 'Oh sh*t! I'm in the wrong house.' And I'd say 'Right, put the knife down and let's talk about this.' (Sic)"

Saif claimed if he was in the same situation again, he would have tried to reason. Talking about the attack by the intruders, Saif called it to be a mixture of "anger,. outrage and defense." Saif was attacked 6 times by the knife and two injuries were near his neck and his spine. Thorough investigation after the attack, police found that the intruder was a person named Mohammad Shariful Islam Shehzad who was allegedly a Bangaldeshi.
