Yuzvendra Chahal-Dhanashree Verma Divorce: Cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal and Actress Dhanashree Verma have been all over the news on Thursday as their divorce has been finalized on March 20, 2025 at the Mumbai family court. Chahal's lawyer has confirmed the news to the media outside the court saying, "The court has granted the decree of divorce. The court has accepted the joint petition of both parties. The parties are no longer husband and wife." Amid this, another video went viral of the cricketer where he could be seen wearing a t-shirt with a quirky message in it. After the video went viral netizens wondered if it was an indirect dig at his ex Dhanashree.

In the viral video, Yuzvendra Chahal could be seen wearing a black t-shirt pairing up with a blue trouser carrying his jacket in his hand. To note further, the actor wore a mask and a pair of specs apparently to hide the face. However, what catches netizens eyes is Yuzi wearinng the shirt with a quirky message that says 'Be Your Own Sugar Daddy'.

The video was shared with a caption, "Well Yuzi has given out no statement till now, but is the text on his shirt after the divorce to Dhanashree Verma a statement? Well we can only speculate 😲"

After the video went viral, many has supported the cricketer thinking it is an indirect dig at his ex-wife Dhanashree. One wrote, "Bilkul sahi likha hai .. alimony should be banned .. where are the feminist now ?" Another wrote, "Talk alimony or talk equality." One user commented, "What a brave man 🙌"

For the unversed, Bombay High Court has granted the divorce to the former couple by waiving the mandatory six-month cooling-off period. According to the reports, Chahal had to pay Rs. 4.75 Cr alimony to his dancer-actress wife before finalizing. Bombay High Court requested the family court to decide the divorce plea by Thursday as the cricketer would not be available post March 22 owing to IPL T20 cricket tournament starting.
