Aamir Khan-Gauri Spratt Engaged Or Not? Ring Sparks Rumours About Wedding, Engagement
When Gauri Spratt stepped out wearing a vivid ocean-blue aquamarine ring at Komal Nahta's son's wedding reception, the unusual stone drew quick attention. Gossip mills suggested that Gauri and Aamir have been engaged. While the couple is yet to make an official statement, speculations have been rife about their engagement. However, there's no truth to the same.
Let's talk about the two rings with customised rare gemstones. Did you know it took 812 hours to craft one of her rings?
The striking piece, along with a second ring, had been quietly commissioned by Aamir Khan from QWEEN. The bespoke creations came ahead of QWEEN's launch in May, linking a private moment with a new luxury jewellery label.
Aamir Khan Gauri Spratt ring QWEEN brand: How many Hours It Took To Make?
Aamir Khan has already become QWEEN's first customer and has also joined as a strategic investor. By buying the rings for Gauri Spratt, Aamir Khan underlines a clear trust in QWEEN's design philosophy and craftsmanship.
The rings for Gauri Spratt were crafted at QWEEN's Mumbai factory, where 131 pairs of skilled hands shaped the detailed designs.
The aquamarine ring that caught public eye holds a luminous blue gemstone at its centre. The stone comes from Brazil and belongs to a group representing under 0.3% of aquamarines found worldwide. Set in gold, it is surrounded by 40 natural diamonds that form a halo. The design demanded more than 363 hours of focused work.
The second QWEEN ring carries a natural ruby sourced from Madagascar, an origin respected for intense colour. Fewer than 0.1% of rubies reach this quality bracket. The ruby sits in a prong setting that highlights its depth. Crafting this single ring required over 812 hours of dedicated workmanship at the Mumbai facility.
Aamir Khan did not limit the occasion to one ornament but chose two separate rings instead. The decision reflects an idea that love is rarely defined by one emotion. In this pairing, the ruby suggests passion, intensity and lasting devotion, while the aquamarine points to clarity and emotional depth, echoing fire and water in one relationship.
Aamir Khan was earlier married to Reena Dutta and Kiran Rao. He has two children- Junaid Khan and Ira Khan with Reena. The Bollywood superstar has a son with Kiran named Azad Rao Khan.
On the professional front, Aamir was last seen in Sitaare Zameen Par. Although he won't be seen on the silver screen in 2026, he has two films lined up for release- Ek Din and Lahore 1947, which he has produced under his home banner.
