Agu Stanley’s Full Circle Moment: From Admiring Anurag Kashyap’s Films To Debuting In Bollywood With Bandar

Creator and influencer Agu Stanley Chiedozie is all set to make his Bollywood debut with Bandar, directed by acclaimed filmmaker Anurag Kashyap and starring Bobby Deol in the lead.

Agu had come to India nearly 7 years ago from Nigeria for studies and started creating content purely for fun. Over the years, his unique personality, humour and strong connect with audiences helped him build a massive fanbase across both India and Nigeria, making him one of the most recognised Nigerian creators in India today.Now, adding another milestone to his journey, Agu steps into Bollywood with Bandar, where he will be seen playing a Nigerian character lodged in jail.

Sharing glimpses from the sets, including candid moments with the cast and crew, Agu also reflected on the surreal experience of working with Anurag Kashyap, a filmmaker whose work introduced him to Hindi cinema after he first arrived in India.

One of the first Hindi films I ever watched was Gangs of Wasseypur. Since then, Anurag Kashyap sir became one of my favourite filmmakers.
Today feels like a full-circle moment.

From creating content for fun... to now making my Bollywood debut in Bandar, directed by Anurag Kashyap sir and starring Bobby Deol sir.
Grateful for every lesson, every struggle, every person who believed in me and every step of this journey. ❤️
