Deepak Dutta Opens Up On Working With Kapil Sharma In Daadi Ki Shaadi, Calls It An “Incredible Experience”

Actor Deepak Dutta is all set to charm audiences with his upcoming project Daadi Ki Shaadi, where he shares screen space with popular comedian and actor Kapil Sharma. Speaking about his experience, Deepak describes it as nothing short of memorable.

"Working with Kapil was an absolutely amazing experience. He is such a sweet, humble, and caring person. He genuinely looks after everyone on set," Deepak shares. While Kapil is widely loved for his comic timing, Deepak believes audiences are in for a surprise. "He is known for his comedy, but his acting skills go far beyond that. People will definitely get to see a different side of him in Daadi Ki Shaadi."

Deepak also had high praise for his co-star Riddhima Kapoor, who makes her acting debut with the film. "Even though this is her first project, she performs at par with any seasoned actor. I guess it's in the genes after all," he says with a smile.

Apart from Daadi Ki Shaadi, Deepak has been steadily building his presence in the OTT space. He was recently seen in Dr. Arora, created by Imtiaz Ali and streaming on SonyLIV. He also featured in Crash Course, helmed by Vijay Maurya, available on Amazon Prime Video.

"In both shows, my roles were small but significant, and they gave me a chance to explore different shades as an actor," he adds.

Looking ahead, Deepak remains optimistic and hungry for more. "I'm really looking forward to good work across OTT platforms and films-roles that are challenging and meaningful. I still feel I have a lot to offer as an actor, and I'm waiting for the right opportunities to come my way."

With a mix of promising projects and a grounded outlook, Deepak Dutta continues to carve his path in the industry-one performance at a time.
