During many meet-and-greet sessions after the screenings, elderly people personally came up to thank us for making this film. That has honestly been one of the most heartwarming experiences for me."
He further added that while the film resonates strongly with older audiences, it is essentially a complete family entertainer that appeals to every generation. "The film caters to every generation. It's a wholesome family entertainer. Personally too, the response has been incredible. I've been receiving appreciation calls for my work from many eminent personalities within the industry, and that feels truly special," he said.

"There are a few films in the pipeline, including one with Aashish R Mohan, who also directed Daadi Ki Shaadi. I can't reveal much about the subject right now, but I'll definitely talk about it once there's an official announcement," he shared.
When asked about a filmmaker he has always wanted to collaborate with, Deepak was quick to name acclaimed director Rajkumar Hirani. "I would absolutely love to work with Raju Hirani sir. His films are so slice-of-life and emotionally rooted. They connect with audiences in a very beautiful and honest way," he said.
As for the kind of roles he wishes to explore going forward, Deepak expressed a strong interest in playing grey or negative-shaded characters. "As an actor, grey characters give you a lot to explore and perform. I'm really looking forward to doing roles with negative shades because they offer so many layers emotionally and psychologically," he concluded.
