In an exclusive conversation with Filmibeat Assistant Editor Abhishek Ranjit over a cup of coffee, Pranit opened up about Bhuvan Bam's fitness journey, the challenges of celebrity training, and why discipline always beats quick fixes.

Did you know Bhuvan Bam's fitness transformation had one major challenge, but he overcame it? If you're a fitness enthusiast, you will love to know what Pranit said.

Here are excerpts from the interview-

1. You've worked with personalities across entertainment, digital content, sports, and entrepreneurship. Do fitness goals differ significantly between creators, actors, and business leaders?

Ans: The destination changes, but the roadmap doesn't. Actors train for roles, creators train to stay energetic and consistent, and business leaders train to improve performance and resilience. My job is to tailor the approach to their lifestyle while keeping the fundamentals of fitness the same.

2. Bhuvan Bam's fitness transformation became a major talking point online. What was the biggest challenge in designing a fitness plan that fit his lifestyle and work commitments?

Ans: The biggest challenge wasn't the workouts- it was designing a plan that could keep up with Bhuvan's unpredictable schedule. Between shoots, content creation, travel, and long working hours, consistency was always going to be more important than intensity.

Instead of creating the 'perfect' fitness plan, we built a practical one. The focus was on efficient workouts, sustainable nutrition, and habits he could stick to no matter where work took him. That's what made the transformation possible. At the end of the day, the best fitness plan isn't the toughest one- it's the one you can consistently follow.

3. What are some common fitness mistakes celebrities and creators make when they first begin their transformation journeys?

Ans: The most common mistakes are chasing quick results, following fitness fads, and trying to be perfect from day one. I always tell my clients to master the basics, stay patient, and focus on consistency. Sustainable habits will always outperform extreme efforts.

4. You've trained people like Yashraj Mukhate, Guneet Monga, and Ghazal Alagh. How do you customize fitness routines for individuals with completely different professions and schedules?

Ans: One thing I've learned after working with people from completely different backgrounds is that fitness can never be one-size-fits-all. Every individual has a different lifestyle, work pressure, body type, and goal. My job isn't to make everyone follow the same workout- it's to build a routine that fits into their life.

For someone like Yashraj Mukhate, creativity often means long hours in the studio, so the focus is on maintaining energy, improving posture, and balancing long periods of sitting. For someone like Guneet Monga, whose schedule is packed with travel, meetings, and film commitments, flexibility becomes the priority- we create routines that can be done anywhere without losing momentum. And for an entrepreneur like Ghazal Alagh, where every day brings different challenges, the emphasis is on building sustainable habits that support both physical and mental performance.

The principles of fitness remain the same- strength, mobility, recovery, good nutrition, and consistency. What changes is how we apply those principles to each person's reality. That's why I always say the best fitness plan isn't the most complicated one; it's the one you can actually follow consistently.

5. In an industry that often prioritizes appearance, how do you ensure your clients focus on long-term health rather than quick physical results?

Ans: I remind my clients that looking fit and being healthy aren't always the same thing. We focus on building strong habits, improving energy, recovery, and overall well-being first. When health becomes the priority, the physique follows naturally- and more importantly, it stays that way.

6. How do you help public figures stay consistent with their fitness routines while managing shoots, travel, events, and brand commitments?

Consistency isn't about perfect routines- it's about having adaptable systems. I help my clients fit fitness into their schedule instead of forcing their schedule around fitness. Whether they're on a film set, catching flights, or attending events, there's always a way to get the job done. That's how long-term results are built.

7. Are there any fitness habits that almost all your high-performing clients like Bhuvan, Guneet, Sanjana, Yashraj, Purav have in common?

Drive. Consistency. Accountability.

8. What's the most surprising transformation story from your clients that people may not know about?

Ans: The most surprising transformations are usually not about six-pack abs- they're about mindset. Watching someone go from inconsistency and self-doubt to confidence and discipline is far more rewarding than any physical change. And while I respect my clients' privacy, those are the transformations I'm most proud of.

9. What does a typical fitness routine look like for a celebrity during a busy shooting schedule?

Ans: During shoots, fitness is all about efficiency. We keep workouts short, effective, and flexible. Some days it's strength training, other days it's mobility or conditioning, depending on the shoot. The real focus is maintaining energy, preventing injuries, and staying consistent. Even 30 focused minutes are enough when you train with the right intent.

10. If there's one fitness lesson you've learned from working with some of India's most successful personalities, what would it be?

Ans: The biggest lesson I've learned is that success isn't built on motivation- it's built on consistency. The most successful people treat fitness as a non-negotiable part of their routine because they understand it's not just about looking good; it's about having the energy, discipline, and mindset to perform at their best every single day.

11. Finally, whose transformation surprised you the most, and what made that journey memorable?

Ans: Every transformation is memorable in its own way, so it's difficult to pick just one. What surprises me the most isn't how much weight someone loses- it's how much they grow as a person. Seeing someone become more confident, disciplined, and genuinely enjoy the process is far more rewarding than any physical transformation. That's the kind of success that lasts long after the before-and-after photos are taken.
