Kangana Ranaut On CJP Protestors: Bollywood actress and BJP MP Kangana Ranaut has reacted strongly to the viral videos of the recent Gen Z protests led by the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), days after the demonstrations came to an end. The protests, which were held over the NEET-UG paper leak and demanded the resignation of then Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, concluded on Saturday following his resignation.

Soon after, Kangana Ranaut took to social media to share her views on the videos circulating online. In a series of Instagram Stories posted on Monday (July 27), the actress criticised the protesters' language, appearance and overall behaviour. Calling the reels "puke-inducing," she said watching the clips had left her feeling disturbed.

Sharing a long note on Instagram Stories, Kangana wrote that she had never come across "so much ugliness" in one place. She claimed that the videos from the Gen Z protests were difficult to watch because of the language used and the way the protesters presented themselves.

According to the actress, every frame of the viral reels felt "jarring" and "crass." She further remarked that the videos had left her feeling "scarred," adding that she had never witnessed such behaviour in public before.

She wrote, "Never in my life, I have seen so much ugliness in one place. These reels from Gen Z protests are puke-inducing, the way they speak and the kind of language they are using. Never in my life have I seen everything in each and every frame so jarring and so crass all at once."

Kangana also questioned the upbringing of those seen in the clips, asking, "Ewwww, who is birthing and raising them?" Her remarks quickly grabbed attention on social media, with many users reacting to her strong criticism.

In the same post, Kangana said India has always been known for its rich culture, elegance and diversity. She argued that the conduct displayed in the viral videos did not reflect those values.

Referring to the protesters identifying themselves as "cockroaches" under the Cockroach Janta Party banner, she wrote that there was "no paradox or juxtaposition" between the name they had chosen and the way they behaved. She further alleged that the content of the reels only exposed the world to "filth, garbage and ugliness."

The actress' comments have sparked fresh debate online, with social media users divided over her observations.

Ending her note, Kangana revealed that watching the viral protest videos had affected her enough to make her step away from social media for some time. She said the reels were so disturbing that she now wanted to disconnect from online platforms.
