Krishna Shroff Shares Her Fitness Mantra, Says 'Stop Waiting To Be Perfect. Just Be Better Than...'

Krishna Shroff’s fitness advice is refreshingly simple: stop chasing the perfect body and start noticing the progress you can actually repeat. The fitness entrepreneur and reality TV personality says long-term change became possible only when she stopped treating every workout like an all-or-nothing test.

For many beginners, fitness begins with a strict plan, a new diet and unrealistic expectations. Krishna Shroff says she made the same mistake when she first became serious about training. The pressure to do everything at once, she realised, made consistency harder instead of easier.

Krishna Shroff on making fitness sustainable

“When I first started, I thought I had to do it all. Every workout, every diet change, everything at once. And when that didn’t work, I had to stop and rethink completely. I broke it all down. Set smaller goals. Stopped trying to win the whole thing in a week,” Krishna revealed.

That shift changed how she measured progress. Instead of waiting for dramatic physical results, she began counting smaller markers: adding extra reps, lifting a little heavier, finishing a session on a difficult day or simply showing up when motivation was low. Those moments, she says, kept her connected to the process.

Her approach also reflects a practical truth about fitness. Motivation can fluctuate, but habits become stronger when goals feel achievable. A person who trains three times a week for months is more likely to see results than someone who follows an extreme plan for a few days and gives up.

Krishna’s mantra is especially useful in a culture where fitness content often highlights transformations, intense routines and polished results. For someone starting out, that can make progress feel distant. Her message puts the focus back on effort, patience and small improvements that build over time.

“Stop waiting to be perfect. Just be better than yesterday,” she advises. It is a line that works because it removes the pressure of instant success. It also makes fitness feel less like punishment and more like a daily commitment to getting stronger.
