Producer-filmmaker Sajid Nadiadwala is moving ahead on two major fronts, as Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment negotiates a massive international deal while also preparing to release O'Romeo, the Shahid Kapoor-led romantic action drama scheduled for 13 February, ahead of Valentine’s Day.

According to The Hollywood Reporter India, talks are advanced between Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and a foreign company, with the discussions framed as a long-term "strategic partnership." The report adds that Nadiadwala has conducted "multiple closed-door meetings with a global company" to seal the agreement.
