Subhash Ghai’s Cadence 2026 Ends On A High With Sonu Nigam, Sukhwinder Singh & Kailash Kher
The curtains have officially drawn on the Cadence Music Festival 2026, held at the prestigious Whistling Woods International (WWI) campus. From March 30th to April 1st, the festival transformed into a vibrant epicenter of melody, rhythm, and mentorship, ultimately being hailed as a resounding success by industry veterans and students alike.

Founded by visionary filmmaker Subhash Ghai, the three-day extravaganza lived up to its promise of bridging the gap between legendary maestros and the next generation of creative minds.
The festival began on a transcendent note on March 30th as Kailash Kher graced the stage for the grand opening ceremony. The momentum accelerated into the second day on March 31st, witnessing an incredible fusion of talent when Sonu Nigam joined forces with the dynamic duo Salim-Sulaiman. This powerhouse trio turned the campus into a masterclass of technique and emotion, demonstrating the sophisticated artistry and technical brilliance required to dominate the modern music industry.
The three-day celebration reached a fever pitch on April 1st, concluding with a breathtaking grand finale headlined by the legendary Sukhwinder Singh. Following the serene and evocative performances of renowned flutist Naveen Kumar earlier in the afternoon, Singh's unmatched stage presence and raw energy provided a thunderous end to a truly unforgettable festival.
By hosting a lineup of such immense caliber, Whistling Woods International continues to solidify its position as a premier institution for the performing arts. The festival successfully created a unique environment where traditional roots and modern styles converged, providing students with an unparalleled experiential learning opportunity.
