Tu Yaa Main X Review: Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor's cousin Shanaya Kapoor is all over the headlines as she is here with her second theatrical release and it is grabbing a lot of eyeballs. After grabbing eyeballs with romantic drama Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan, Shanaya is now creating waves with Tu Yaa Main which is a romantic survival thriller. Directed by Bejoy Nambiar, Tu Yaa Main also features Adarsh Gourav and Parul Gulati in key roles and is based on the Thai film The Pool.

To note, Tu Yaa Main marks Shanaya's first collaboration with Adarsh and their fresh chemistry has managed to win hearts in the trailer and songs so far. The movie revolves a young rapper from Mumbai and an affluent influencer who are trapped in a deep, empty swimming pool at a deserted Konkan resort with a deadly crocodile. As Tu Yaa Main is set to hit the screens today, here's what the audience has to say about it.

Taking to the micro-blogging site Twitter, a user gave Tu Yaa Main a rating of 3.5 stars and wrote, "#TuYaaMain is a refreshing blend of something new and different. The film makes you smile, scares you at times, and also hits you emotionally. From sound design, colour grading, and VFX-everything feels top-notch and extraordinary. The first half is packed with fun and smartly builds the core story, while the second half turns into a complete roller-coaster ride 🎢🔥 #gouravadarsh is mind-blowing, and @shanayakapoor delivers a surprisingly strong performance. @nambiarbejoy direction is brilliant, keeping the narrative engaging throughout".
On the other hand, another user gave the movie 4.5 star rating and tweeted, "#TuYaaMain is a refreshing, youth-driven survival thriller that stands out for its bold concept and engaging execution. From the very beginning, the film pulls you into its world and maintains a steady grip on tension till the final act. The chemistry between #ShanayaKapoor and #AdarshGourav feels natural and unforced, which works strongly in the film's favor. While the first half takes a measured, slow burn approach to establish characters and atmosphere, the second half is where the film truly elevates itself. Meanwhile, talking about Tu Yaa Main, Shanaya told PTI, "Adarsh introduced me to this technique in Atul sir's workshop. At first when I heard it, I was like, 'I don't know if this is for me and if I can do it'. But I gave it a shot and it really helped. I watched a lot of videos of black panther, and that really helped me. I felt the way they moved was graceful, sensual, charming, and confident. My character Avani has that sensual side where you feel a little intimidated and she's just gazing, she's not looking at you in a way that you get scared, but there's something about her look".
