Ranveer Singh’s record with Dhurandhar: The Revenge has sparked fresh praise from within the film industry. The film has crossed the ₹1000 crore Hindi net mark, making Ranveer the first Indian actor to open this exclusive club, while colleagues celebrate both the achievement and the attitude.

Ranveer Singh Dhurandhar milestone and Vijay Varma’s experience
Vijay described how Ranveer stays absorbed in each character, yet remains attentive to other performers. This mix of intensity and generosity has often been noted by directors and co-stars, who see Ranveer’s approach as helping ensemble casts function smoothly, even on large productions like Dhurandhar: The Revenge.
"It was so seamless to work with him and he was fully immersed in the role. I saw the real Ranveer Singh at the wrap party when he was sweating from head to toe, dancing. But on the set he was Murad and became, and he, I think Ranveer loved the part that I was doing. When he read the script, he felt emotionally very connected with this with this character and he shared his story with me. So he really wanted this character to shine and that's such a lovely quality for any actor to have. The other character should shine, you know, and he had that. And he had, he's been consistently having that quality. If you look at his work in 83, he shares the screen with so many other lovely actors. In Dhurandhar, again, so many amazing actors and all of them have their moment, you know. He's not an insecure actor."
Ranveer Singh Dhurandhar success and reputation in Hindi cinema
Vijay’s comments underline how Ranveer often ensures space for co-actors, whether in 83 or Dhurandhar. The focus on giving each performer a moment stands out in a film stacked with well-known names, even as Ranveer leads a project that has rewritten Hindi box office records.
With Dhurandhar: The Revenge still drawing crowds, industry voices view this ₹1000 crore Hindi net landmark as a key point for Hindi cinema. Ranveer Singh’s achievement is being linked not just to star power, but to craft, discipline and a collaborative style that continues to earn respect on and off set.
