While the audience waited for the release of the trailer, an X user, who watched the full-fledged first look, shared his review on social media. He called the film a 'masala entertainer', revealing that the story is over-the-top, but this is 'where the fun lies in'.

"Just watched the 4 minute 20 second long trailer of #WelcomeToTheJungle and what an absolute entertainer it is! Akshay Kumar steals the show with his hilarious comedy, powerful screen presence, action-packed moments, and double-dose entertainment. The nostalgia of seeing Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, and Suniel Shetty together again hits differently and brings back the magic of the Welcome franchise (sic)," the tweet read.

The review mentioned that the film is loaded with "comedy, action, songs, larger-than-life moments, crazy situations, and a huge ensemble cast'.

He mentioned, "Surprisingly, every character gets a chance to shine and their screen presence is well showcased. The story looks completely over-the-top and illogical, but that's exactly where the fun lies. This isn't meant to be a serious film; it's a full-on mass entertainer designed for laughter, whistles, and big-screen enjoyment. The background score, songs, dialogues, action sequences, and VFX all add to the madness. There are several moments that will make fans cheer and smile throughout the trailer (sic)."

Calling it a 'pure paisa vasool entertainment ', the reviewer said that the film is not meant to be 'serious' but instead a full-on mass entertainer for the audience.
