EXCLUSIVE! Anshu Srivastava On Working With Gul Khan In Aashiqana 3: When I Got A Part...

Every actor has a certain dream of working under a particular banner or person. One such actress who wanted to work with Gul Khan, a renowned Indian producer, is Anshu Srivastava. The actress recently worked with Gul Khan for the series Aashiqana 3.

Anshu is currently in buzz for her acting chops in the Hotstar series, Aashiqana. The actress is seen essaying the role of Juhi. Filmibeat caught up with the talented actress for a fun-filled conversation over a cup of coffee.

When asked about the reason she took this show, Anshu quipped, "It was my wish to work with Gul ma'am, that's why I took Aashiqana. Working with her has always been a lovely experience. Aashiqana is my second collab with Gul ma'am and it feels like home."

Sharing her experience of working with the Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon producer, the actress said, "Before Aashiqana, I had also worked with her in Imlie. While working with her, the energy on the sets is so positive and fun to work with. When I got my part in Aashiqana, I was very thrilled to begin another chapter with her. Shooting for Aashiqana was a learning and cherishing experience for me."

Anshu further added, "Gul ma'am always comes with a unique and interesting story line, that's the reason many of the actors want to work with her. Plus, she interacts with every actor and explains to them whatever she wants so nicely that, at the end, the best comes out of us. Even in the future, if I get a chance to work with her, I would go for it immediately."

Anshu is winning hearts with her power-packed performance in the Disney+ Hotstar series- Aashiqana. The actress has featured in Hindi films like Akshay Kumar-starrer Raksha Bandhan and Is she Raju. The diva has also been a part of hit shows like Imlie, Vidya', Kuldeepak and Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2, to name a few.
