1. I'd be glad if you could share the inspiration that drove your audio series?

The inspiration behind my audio series Devil Se Shaadi came from my passion for reading and watching stories. I always had the desire to write a story of my own but struggled to find the right platform. However, when I discovered Pocket FM, I saw an opportunity and decided to give it a try. I immersed myself in listening to various audio series, learning from them and understanding how to craft a compelling narrative. With this newfound knowledge, I embarked on my own journey with Pocket FM, and it has been an incredibly rewarding experience so far.

2. During the process of crafting the characters and storyline, were there any particular elements you focused on?

When crafting the characters and storyline, my primary focus is on their emotions and relationships. I strive to portray a wide range of emotions, making it essential for the audience to connect with the story. Before delving into the character's details, I envision them as the hero of the narrative, carefully considering the personality traits that would be likable and relatable to the audience. This approach allows me to create a compelling and engaging experience for the listeners.

3. I'm genuinely interested in knowing when you discovered your passion for writing in your life journey?

My journey into writing started unexpectedly in January 2021 when a friend introduced me to a writing platform. That's when I discovered my writing skills and my passion for it. Though I made mistakes at first, I learned from them and now I can proudly say that I write successfully.

4. Can you take us through the decision-making process and the time it took to reach that choice?

I had the idea for Devil Se Shaadi in my mind for a while, with a plot all planned out. When I finally got the chance on the platform, I began writing it. At first, I didn't expect the story to progress, but I'm thrilled to see and witness the love and appreciation from people. Pocket FM is also the right platform to showcase a story of this nature. The support everyone has shown has motivated me to keep going and do my best.

5. How did your family respond when you revealed your desire to pursue a writing career?

My family is really happy. No one in our house has ever become a writer before, and I'm the first one to achieve that. Everyone is incredibly joyful about it. At the beginning, I didn't share this with anyone and kept it a secret, but as the story gained success and received a positive response, I eventually told everyone. Their happiness was evident, and it gives me even more motivation to strive for improvement in the future. They feel proud about my association with a popular platform such as Pocket FM.

6. As a writer, did you draw from real-life experiences, including your own, to fuel your creativity?

No, I haven't drawn inspiration from real-life experience, but I have watched numerous TV shows and read many books, which taught me a lot. These books and shows have been immensely helpful in guiding me on how to craft and pursue a story with great interest.

7. Could you enlighten us on the time and effort you invested in developing and curating the content, and the challenges you faced in making the characters relatable?

Curating the characters took quite some time, and my main goal was to create a strong connection between the audience and each character in the story, making them likable. Throughout the writing process, I faced numerous challenges, such as the plot not moving forward, deciding how to proceed, and determining what would be appealing to the audience. Many times, I would spend an entire day brainstorming ideas for a compelling storyline. However, the feeling of happiness is rewarding when our efforts result in a well-received story that brings joy to people.
