Jawan OTT Release: After taking the box-office by strom, Shah Rukh Khan's blockbuster film Jawan is all set to make waves in the digital realm. Cinephiles are in for a treat as the film gears up for its release on OTT platform with a promise of an extended runtime.

The Atlee directorial, Jawan has been setting new records at the domestic as well as the global box office since its initial release. The film opened to rave reviews from critics and audiences alike. And is continuing its triumphant run, however, the movie is now ready to make its highly-anticipated digital debut.

Jawan Ott Release Date, Platform & New Runtime

Adding to the excitement of viewers, Jawan OTT release will feature an additional 20 minutes of extended runtime, promising an even more immersive experience for viewers. The film will incorporate scenes that were initially omitted from the theatrical version to maintain a reasonable runtime.

As per reports, director Atlee is diligently working on a new edit of the film, which will not only include these deleted scenes but also offer a fresh perspective on the storyline.

While Jawan had a runtime of 2 hours and 45 minutes in theaters, the OTT version of Jawan is expected to have a runtime of approximately 3 hours and 15 minutes and the film will release on Netflix.

Atlee, during an interview with Pinkvilla, spoke about the film's OTT release and said, "I think we have given the theatre the right ratio of emotions at the right length. For OTT, we are considering a different rhythm. So, yeah, we are working on something. That's why I didn't go on my holiday. Let's see. Let me surprise you all."

Jawan stars Shah Rukh Khan in the lead role, alongside an ensemble cast featuring Nayanthara, Deepika Padukone, and Vijay Sethupathi. The film also features Eijaz Khan, Sanya Malhotra, Riddhi Dogra, and Priyamani among others in a pivotal role.
