Masterchef India: In the latest challenge on MasterChef India, dreams meet reality as Chef Saransh Goila introduces home cooks to the Dream On A Plate Challenge.

This challenge propels home cooks closer to the finale week, offering them a golden opportunity to win a cash prize of Rs. 5 lakhs.

As the name suggests, six home cooks face a 60-minute time frame to craft their dream dish in this challenge. However, it demands a delicate balance of taste, innovation, and presentation, setting the stage for an exhilarating faceoff.

Adding a tinge of excitement, three home cooks who emerged victorious in the previous challenge - Rukhsaar Sayeed, Suraj Thapa, and Nambie Jessica Marak - are granted a valuable advantage.

They get to strategically utilise an extra 5 minutes at any point during the cooking process. The stakes are high, as only one home cook will emerge as the winner, securing a spot in the finale week and receiving a whopping Rs. 5 lakhs from Nestle.

During the course of this challenge, the judging panel showered Rukhsaar Sayeed with heaps of praise for her dish. She expressed her elation about the same, saying, "Crafting a dish that resonates with the judges is every chef's dream.

To receive such praise from Chef Vikas, Chef Ranveer, and Chef Pooja was the ultimate recognition of my culinary skills. Every compliment fuelled my determination to keep pushing the boundaries of my creativity."

An emotional Nambie Jessica Marak added, "Before participating in MasterChef India, I was determined to pursue my pickling dream. It has been two years since I left my job. These past two years without any income have been challenging for me. I wish to expand my pickle business, and I have also taken a loan of Rs 5 lakh for the same. Participating in the Dream on a Plate Challenge was a significant step towards turning my dream into reality."
