Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia, who became a household name with Choti Sarrdaarni, made heads turn as she participated in Bigg Boss 16. Not just she became the first captain of the house, Nimrit also managed to make it to the top 6 finalists. Although she got eliminated just a couple of days ahead of the grand finale, Nirmit did leave a mark with her game. And now as Bigg Boss 16 has ended, there have been a lot of speculations about Nimrit's upcoming projects.

Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia Denies Doing Lock Upp 2

It is reported that Nimrit might be seen in Kangana Ranaut's much anticipated second season of Lock Upp 2. To note, Ekta Kapoor announced Lock Upp 2 earlier this year and ever since then there have been speculations about the probable list of contestants. And while Nimrit's name has also been doing the rounds for participating in the show, the Choti Sarrdaarni actress has rubbished the news. Talking to Telly Chakkar, Nimrit said, "I don't know yaar, you guys are the ones who are telling me that I have been approached and it's you yourselves who are telling me that I have said no. I have no idea or news about it, very honestly. Nobody called me".

Meanwhile, Nimrit is set to make her big Bollywood debut with Ekta Kapoor and Dibarkar Banerjee's much talked about LSD 2. She was roped in for the project during her stint on Bigg Boss 16 itself. Sharing her excitement about the movie, Nimrit had told Pinkvilla, "I'm so fortunate, so grateful. Firstly, of course to Bigg Boss, because if it hadn't been for this platform you know it I would have probably not had this opportunity and of course to Ekta ma'am, I really want to just call her and thank her because I'm so grateful for this and I'm looking forward to the journey ahead". Besides, there are reports that she will soon be collaborating with Shiv Thakare for a music video. However, an official confirmation in this regard is yet to be made.
