When Will Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2 Actor Randeep Rai Make His OTT Debut? Here's What He Said

Randeep Rai OTT: Television's charming actor Randeep Rai enjoys a fanbase like no other. The actor who is currently seen in Sony TV's popular show Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2 in a recent interview went candid about his future works and what kind of projects he wants to do. Meanwhile, in the same interview, Randeep added that he is not running after digital platforms and mentioned that he is looking for only quality projects.

RANDEEP RAI ON WORKING ON OTT PLATFORMS

Speaking to Zoom TV exclusively, the Bade Achhe Lagte Hain actor opened up about his desire to venture into digital space and work on a good project. While Randeep added that picking the type of work depends completely on his mindset. He said that his choice is neutral. If it's a good project, even though it's not a lead role, the young star said that he doesn't mind doing it.

He then said, "And yes, everyone wants to do OTT because OTT is the future. But if you ask me, I don't have that mindset. I'm happy with the way my career is going. If I get a chance, I would, of course, love to do a good OTT project on a good platform. But again, I believe in destiny. Jab hona hoga tab ho jayega. I'm just working hard on myself and on my craft and, for me, that's more important."

RANDEEP RAI ON THE TYPE OF ROLES HE WANTS TO DO

Further, on being asked what kind of work he would want to do on OTT platforms, Randeep quickly said grey characters. "I would love to play grey characters, not negative but grey characters. You know someone who is a bit arrogant and also has a little action and romance like Kabir Singh."

29-year-old Randeep Rai is currently seen opposite Niti Taylor in the popular TV serial Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2. He has also been a part of some very successful serials such as Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai, Balika Vadhu 2, Saroj Ka Rishta, and others.
