Bad Sisters Season 2 Ott Release Date: "Bad Sisters" is set to return to Apple TV+ for its second season, and anticipation is high. The new season of Sharon Horgan's dark comedy murder-mystery series will premiere on Wednesday, November 13. The launch will feature two episodes, with subsequent episodes releasing weekly every Wednesday until December 25 on Apple TV+.

Season 1 explores the lives of the Garvey sisters and the aftermath of one sister's abusive husband's death. The series opens with the funeral of Grace's (Anne-Marie Duff) husband, John Paul, revealing numerous family grudges and reasons each sister might have for wanting him dead.

The season continues with the sisters' attempts to eliminate John Paul to protect Grace, filled with unexpected twists. Meanwhile, life insurance investigators Thomas and Matt dig into John Paul's death, inching closer to uncovering a dangerous secret.

"Bad Sisters" not only offers a sensitive portrayal of domestic abuse and its impact on victims and their families but also delivers a mix of dark humor and thrilling suspense.

The plot synopsis from Apple TV is as follows: "Two years after the "accidental death" of Grace's abusive husband, the close-knit Garvey sisters may have moved on, but when past truths resurface, the ladies are thrust back into the spotlight, suspicions are at an all-time high, lies are told, secrets revealed, and the sisters are forced to work out who they can trust."

Bad Sisters season 2 Cast And Crew

Sharon Horgan will return as Eva, with Anne-Marie Duff as Grace, Eva Birthistle as Ursula, Sarah Greene as Bibi, and Eve Hewson as Becka. The cast also includes Fiona Shaw, Owen McDonnell, Thaddea Graham, Barry Ward, Michael Smiley, Saise Quinn, Daryl McCormack, Yasmine Akram, Jonjo O'Neill, Peter Claffey, Deirdre Mullins, Lorcan Cranitch, Liz Fitzgibbon, and Justine Mitchell.

Sharon Horgan, who co-wrote the first season, will return as a producer for the second season while reprising her role as Eva. Faye Dorn and Clelia Mountford from Merman, along with Dearbhla Walsh, serve as executive producers and directors. Additional executive producers include Bert Hamelnick, Michael Sagol, Dave Finkel, and Brett Baer, who adapted the series from the Belgian show "Clan," created by Malin-Sarah Gozin, who also serves as an executive producer. "Bad Sisters" is produced by Merman Television and ABC Signature, part of Disney Television Studios.
