Exclusive! Raat Jawaan Hai Actor Barun Sobti Reveals, "Life Changed After Sifat And Meer"

Barun Sobti is one of the most popular televisions actors, and now, with multiple web series, he has been leaving a strong mark on OTT. The actor is gearing up for the release of his next series titled Raat Jawaan Hai. The trailer of the series was released a few days ago, and it has received a very good response. The series revolves around three friends who are new to parenting.

Filmibeat recently interacted with Barun and when asked him if his life was changed after having kids, Sifat and Meer, the actor said, "Did life change after Sifat and Meer? Of course, it changed. The message that the show gives and the message about life is that once you become a parent you always want to be a parent. It does change, but honestly I was too busy parenting to notice any of the changes."

In the trailer, we get to see Barun giving a monologue, and while talking about how he prepared and how many takes he took to shoot it, the actor said, "It took a bit time in the preparation because it is quite long. In the promo it is very small, but in the show it is long. It took me like 30-45 minutes to prepare, but I think we got it in the first go itself. However, we shot it from a lot of angles."

Raat Jawaan Hai Release Date

Directed by Sumeet Vyas, Raat Jawaan Hai also stars Anjali Anand and Priya Bapat. The series is slated to premiere on Sony LIV on 11th October 2024. While OTT is mostly filled with murder mysteries and gangster dramas, it is refreshing to see a slice-of-life series which will deal with something very relatable. In fact, many people on the trailer have commented that this looks like a very relatable show.
