Exclusive! Vardhaan On Working With Mahesh Bhatt In Bloody Ishq, "He Has A Unique Way Of Studying Human Mind"

Vardhaan Puri and Avika Gor starrer Bloody Ishq has started streaming on Disney+ Hotstar. The film movie is directed by Vikram Bhatt and produced by Mahesh Bhatt, so it brings the Raaz franchise team back together. However, the Bhatts have failed to create the magic this time because Bloody Ishq has received negative reviews from the critics as well as the audiences.

Filmibeat recently interacted with Vardhaan and asked him about his experience of working with Mahesh Bhatt, he said, "We as an artist are so blessed that Bhatt Sahab used to visit us on set and be next to us while we are performing. Bhatt Sahab has a unique way of studying the human mind; the way he understands human psyche, I think even a psychiatrist or psychologist won't understand it because he has seen so much in life. He has been through failed relationships, his stint with alcohol, his stint with cinema, his relationships with his children and audiences, everything is just amazing."

"When he gives you instructions in your ears, and explains you that a particular scene is written in a certain way, but the subtext is different. I was doing a scene, and he told me 'how are you looking in the front?'. I said I am just looking in the front with my eyes like I do. He said, 'no for this scene, I need you to look backward not in the front because you have to constantly imagine that there's a hand behind you trying to touch your spine. Imagine my hand on your spine for the rest of the scene'. Constantly through the scene I was just imagining his touch on my spine, so I don't even know what I did and once it was done he hugged me," the actor added.
