Elvish Yadav Snake Venom Controversy: Elvish Yadav has been making headlines ever since he was under the radar of ED in the snake venom controversy. Not only just that, the Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner has been booked by ED in the money laundering case. On Thursday, the Youtuber has appeared before Enforcement Directorate's zonal office in Lucknow after being summoned earlier. However, he asked for additional three days to appear before the central agency.

Elvish Yadav Grilled By ED In Snake Venom Controversy

This was not the first time that Elvish has been summoned and questioned by the agency. Earlier in July, he was questioned twice in the same case. According to the reports, ED has been trying to get the source from where Elvish has used to get the snake venom and supply them to the rave parties.

Other than that, a money laundering case has been registered against the Youtuber under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act following the FIR filed by Noida police. In March, the youtuber was arrested followed by an FIR against Elvish. However, later he was out on bail.

More About The Snake Venom Case

In November 2023, the police discovered a snake smuggling racket after a raid at a banquet hall in Noida sectorr 51. Fiver people were arrested including a snake charmer in the case. It was later revealed that Elvish was the prime accused in the matter after it came to notice that Elvish has been delivering snake venom to parties to use as a recreational drug. Not only just that, he also used snakes in his video shoots. Following that, the authorities have recovered nine snakes including venomous cobras.
