Sharing his thoughts on social media, Malhotra wrote, "Here's the making of the wonderful set designed by @amitray649 and @subratachskraborty when creating the period I had asked Adi I wanted to shoot in real locations to feel and smell the time on screen but thx to Adi and his vision for me to land a big cinematic experience film in #maharaj he empowered me with these genius production designers who designed sets which were magnificent and detailed in every way from props to carvings to finish !
