Kill OTT Release Date, Platform Updates: Touted to be as one of India's most violent films, 'Kill' marks an iconic collaboration between Karan Johar-led Dharma Productions and National Award-winning producer Guneet Monga Kapoor's Shikhya Entertainment. Amid much anticipation, the gruesome actioner hit cinemas today (July 5). Directed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhat, Kill marks the Bollywood debut of TV heartthrob Lakshya. The bloodbath, power-packed performances and the raw and ruthless action sequences have generated a significant amount of buzz around the film. The makers hosted a star-studded special screening ion 3rd July in Mumbai and it was attended by several star kids and Bollywood A-listers.

The Nikhil Nagesh Bhat directorial stars Lakshya as the Amry commando 'Amrit'. The film also features dancer-actor Raghav Juyal as the ruthless baddie named 'Fani', Tanya Maniktala as Amrit's ladylove Tulika along with Ashish Vidyarthi, Harsh Chhaya, Abhishek Chauhan and Adrija Sinha among others.

The official synopsis of the film reads, "When Army commando Amrit (Lakshya) discovers his true love, Tulika (Tanya), is on her way to New Delhi, he boards the same train in hopes of reuniting with her. But when a violent gang of thieves, led by their ruthless boss (Raghav), starts terrorising the passengers, Amrit springs into action, confronting the gang in a high-stakes battle."
For those unversed, Kill had its world premiere in the Midnight Madness section of the Toronto International Film Festival on 7 September 2023.
Kill OTT Release Date, Platform Updates: When & Where To Watch After Theatrical Run?
The makers are yet to officially announce the OTT release updates about Kill. According to a report published by OTTPlay, Disney+ Hotstar has acquired the digital streaming rights of the actioner. As per latest buzz, Kill will have its OTT premiere on the said streaming platform nearly two months after its theatrical run, which is likely by September end.
Kill English Remake Announced
According to a report by Deadline, Lionsgate and 87Eleven Entertainment - the makers behind the popular John Wick franchise - are developing the English remake of the Bollywood film Kill. Chad Stahelski, Jason Spitz, and Alex Young will reportedly helm the remake.
