In his latest interview, Durgesh Kumar opened up about his struggling days and revealed that he used to work in adult movies during his initial days, "I can't live without acting. So, I did any work that came my way because I was confident in my abilities. We are getting work now, which is a big deal. Else, where would we fit? Nobody takes us in the maar-dhaad wale shows (action genre). At least with comedy, we get these chances so it feels very good."

Durgesh, who plays the role of Bhushan aka Bankaras, has a postgraduate diploma in acting from National School of Drama. He later made his acting debut in Imtiaz Ali's Highway. The actor worked in popular films like Feaky Ali, Sultan, Dhadak, Sanju, Bahen Hogi Teri, and Bombairiya, etc. He was also seen in Laapataa Ladies lately.
