Panchayat 3 Release Date & Time: Here’s When Jitendra Kumar’s Series Will Premiere; Check Out Streaming Deets

After the immense success of Panchayat season 1 and Panchayat season 2, the makers are finally coming up with Panchayat 3 of the web series starring Jitendra Kumar, Raghubir Yadav and Neena Gupta in the lead. The web series is aired on Amazon Prime and narrates the story of urban engineering graduate who is struggling at a low-salary position as a secretary of a Gram panchayat in a remote village called Phulera in Uttar Pradesh.

Interestingly, Panchayat 3 is one of the most anticipated web series of 2024 and will feature Jitendra reprising his role of Abhishek Tripathi and the fans can't wait to see his charm once again in the series. Ever since the trailer and teaser has been released, fans have been eagerly waiting for the release of Panchayat season 3.

Panchayat 3 Release Date & Time

Helmed by Deepak Kumar Mishra, Panchayat season 3, was reported to be releasing on January 26 this year as per Bollywood Life. However, as the much awaited series didn't premiere on Republic Day, the recent reports suggest that Panchayat 3 is expected to be out in March 2024. However, no official announcement has been made in this regard so far. If the reports turned out to be true, Panchayat 3 will be releasing after midnight between 12 am to 12:30 am on Prime Video IN.

Earlier, talking to CNBCTV18, Jitendra revealed who did Panchayat happen to him and said, "At TVF, we make the kind of shows we want to see. Malgudi Days is one of those. So we thought we should make a show on a present-day village. We started brainstorming. Someone suggested that the panchayat is a great concept through which we could follow several characters, involve the entire village, and show a myriad of stories. We then started to think about how we could make it quirky. The show's writer came up with the idea of putting a young urban man at the heart of it. How he reluctantly has to go to the village as the panchayat secretary - a job he doesn't want. Once we cracked the basic premise, we started wondering who could play the protagonist. Since I was there, they said I can do it. I found the whole thing very interesting - the story, the character, and everything else around it. That's how it happened".
