Following the record-breaking success of its first two seasons, the acclaimed web series Panchayat is gearing up to entertain fans once again with its third installment. Panchayat 3 has been making headlines ever since its announcement last year and fans have been eagerly awaiting its premiere. While the trailer was supposed to release on May 17, the makers surprisingly unveiled it today (May 15) amid the leak reports.

The two-minutes long trailer kicks off with a new 'sachiv' (secretary) introducing himself to the village head. Just as viewers start to wonder about Abhishek aka Jitendra Kumar's absence as the 'sachiv', the trailer unveils that his transfer has been postponed, allowing him to continue serving the people of Phulera.

However, Abhishek Tripathi attempts to distance himself from the local politics. Meanwhile, the villagers gear up for the election of the 'pradhan' (head). The battle ensues between the sitting pradhan, Yadav, and Durgesh Kumar's Bhushan (Banrakas). As they campaign to sway the villagers to vote for them, audiences are treated to a comical take on the ongoing election fever in the country.
