Panchayat Season 3: Amazon Prime's beloved series Panchayat is all set to grace your screen in a few days. And those, who admired the series for simplicity yet engaging storyline and subtle humour, can't wait to witness the magic of Abhishek Tripathi aka Jitendra Kumar. However, before the big day comes, everyone is awaiting for the renewal already. So, the big question is, is it even happening?

Are Panchayat 4 & 5 On The Cards?

Well, we have a good news for the fans as the director confirmed at least two more seasons waiting in the pipeline. The director, Deepak Kumar Mishra, even confirmed that they have been working on the fourth installment already. "We have started writing season four. For us, generally there's no break between two seasons. The third season is over and we have written three to four episodes of the show," Deepak said.

Mishra further stated, "So far, we have thought about making season four and five. For season four, we have a clear idea, and there is a broader idea for season five."

What Should Viewers Expect From Panchayat 3?

The director said that the crew were careful not to get 'swayed by the popularity', "We made sure that we made the right content and retained the core soul of the show. We wanted to take the story forward organically. However, we have to make sure that the new season is more entertaining and emotional," he added.
