Along with the announcement, the streaming platform released a bunch of photos where we could see Sachiv Ji (Jitendra Kumar) enjoying filming with the other cast members of the show. Panchayat Season 4 Storyline

Panchayat Season 3 ended on a cliffhanger where we saw Pradhan Ji being shot. Who shot him? Many believe it is Vidhayak. However, Vidhayak seems to be very easy target. Even though there is rivalry between Vidhayak and Pradhan but we do not believe he will risk his position to take such a step.

Our bet is on Sansad who previously claimed that politics is played as a chess. The third answer about who shot Pradhan Ji could be Pradhan himself. In Season 4, we could also expect Sachiv Ji to take interest in politics. Since he has been arrested, he could not apply for any government exams therefore his only option to achieve something in future is left through politics.
