The trailer provides a glimpse into the plot, beginning with Karl Urban's character, Billy Butcher, reflecting on his past mistakes with a sense of regret.

With only a few months left to live, Butcher is determined to rectify the chaos he has caused, but he realizes he needs his team's support. Having lost his position as the leader of The Boys, he must navigate these challenges while attempting to thwart a political takeover.

Additionally, it is revealed that Butcher plans to deploy a lethal virus as part of his strategy.
