The Decameron Release Time: Kathleen Jordan's upcoming series The Decameron has been the talk of the town ever since the trailer was unveiled. The series happens to be a American medieval black comedy which has been inspired by the 14th century Italian short-story collection The Decameron by Giovanni Boccaccio. The series features Zosia Mamet, Saoirse-Monica Jackson, Tanya Reynolds, Amar Chadha-Patel, Leila Farzad, Lou Gala, Karan Gill, Tony Hale, Douggie McMeekin and
Jessica Plummer in the lead.

To note, The Decameron revolves around a couple of nobles and their servants who have gathered in the countryside Villa Santa in the hills of Tuscany as Black Death ravages Florence. As the plague takes over the city, the nobles and their servant will eventually have to fight for their survival from the plague. The eight episode series will be releasing on July 25 on Netflix.

It is reported that The Decameron will premiere on Netflix at after 12 pm on July 25. To note, all episodes of the show will be releasing together on Netflix in English and Italian languages.
