Upcoming Films Arriving On Netflix In July 2024

1) Wild Wild Punjab

Starring Varun Sharma, Sunny Singh, Manjot Singh and Jassie Gill are coming together for an out-and-out comedy flick - Wild Wild Punjab. Directed by Simarpreet Singh, the buddy comedy is slated to have a direct-to-digital premiere on 10th July 2024. The Netflix original revolves around the story of a heartbroken Rajesh Khanna (Varun) who decides to take revenge on his girlfriend after she leaves him to get married to someone else. He's upset, but he has friends who encourage him to face this breakup head-on and move on. They embark on a trip across Punjab to help Rajesh find the closure he desires.

2) Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F

Directed by Mark Molly, Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F - the fourth installment in the Beverly Hills Cop film series and a sequel to Beverly Hills Cop III (1994) - marks Eddie Murphy's return as the much-loved cop Axel Foley. This time, Axel has returned to Beverly Hills after his daughter Jane's life is threatened. She and Axel team up with her ex-boyfriend and his old pals, John Taggart and Billy Rosewood, to uncover a conspiracy.

3) The Imaginary

Based on the book by A.F. Harrold, the Japanese anime film 'The Imaginary' tells the story of a world of imagination and adventure. Directed by Yoshiyuki Momose, The Imaginary was initially released in Japan In December 2023. The new anime film is now all set to release on Netflix on 5th July 2024. The synopsis of the film reads, "Amanda and her imaginary friend Rudger go on thrilling make-believe adventures. But when Rudger finds himself alone, he faces a mysterious threat."

4) Goyo

Goyo is a heartwarming romantic tale of an young autistic museum guide who lives by a strict routine until he falls in love with his co-worker. Starring Nicolás Furtado, Nancy Dupláa and Soledad Villamil, the film is releasing on Netflix on 5th July.

5) Skywalkers: A Love Story

Directed by Jeff Zimbalist, Skywalkers: A Love Story is a American documentary film that chronicles the story of a daring couple travelling worldwide to climb the last super skyscraper, attempting a bold acrobatic.

6) Blame The Game

This comedy-drama tells the story of an young man who meets his new girlfriend's friends for the first time at their regular game night, putting him under pressure to make a good impression. But then suddenly, her ex shows up as well. The film is arriving on Netflix on July 12.
