Vedaa OTT Release Date, Platform Updates: More than a year after the blockbuster success of 'Pathaan', John Abraham has returned to big screens with 'Vedaa'. Co-starring 'Munjya' fame Sharvari, the action-drama is helmed by Nikkhil Advani. Vedaa, inspired by true events, hit cinemas today (August 15), amid decent anticipation. For those unversed, John's film had a major box office clash with Shraddha Kapoor-Rajkummar Rao's 'Stree 2' and Akshay Kumar starrer 'Khel Khel Mein'.

Co-produced by Zee Studies, John Abraham plays the male protagonist names Major Abhimanyu Kanwar, a man with a tragic past. The film also stars Sharvari as 'Vedaa' along with Abhishek Banerjee, Tamannaah Bhatia, Ashish Vidyarthi and Kumud Mishra among others in important roles.

Vedaa reportedly follows the journey of a young woman (Sharvari), who fights back and championed by the one man (John) she believes is her savior.

Vedaa OTT Release Date, Platform: When & Where To Watch?

While the OTT release date and platform are yet to be officially announced, it is believed that the action-drama will have its OTT release on Zee5 after its theatrical run. As per Jagran, Vedaa is likely to be available on the said streaming platform after 45 to 60 days. However, there is no official announcement yet.
