Baramulla: Young actress Arista Kaul is all over the headlines and rightfully so. After all, her recent release Baramulla has been creating waves in the industry. For the uninitiated, Baramulla is a supernatural horror film which had recently premiered on Netflix. The movie is directed by Aditya Suhas Jambhale and boasts a stellar cast of Manav Kaul in the lead along with Bhasha Sumbli as the female star. To note, Arista plays the role of Manav Kaul aka DSP Ridwaan Sayyed' daughter Noorie and she had won hearts with her stint in the film.

Arista Mehta On Working With Manav Kaul In Baramulla

During an exclusive conversation with Filmibeat, Arista shared her experience of working with Manav in Baramulla and stated, "Manav sir has been really, like, fun to work with. Because he's very funny, he'll make all these jokes. And he'll make, like, work really easy. And whenever I had, like, you know, a problem with, like, maybe delivering my line or understanding my emotions, he was always very helpful and always kind with it.

Manav Kaul's Biggest Advice For Arista

Speaking about Manav Kaul's biggest advice to her which she will cherish forever, Arista stated, "Maybe, I think, understanding the character more and questioning things. That's what he told me. Every time you feel like something's not coming natural to you, raise a question like ask the director. Because, of course, I am not Noorie, I am just playing Noorie. And the director who has written it and the writer who has written it will know it better than me. So, asking questions will always make me a better actor and also will make the director help me better".

Meanwhile, talking about the phenomenal response to Baramulla, Arista stated, "I didn't know it will blow up so much. I knew the film was definitely nice, but I didn't know. I thought it will have a niche audience and, you know, only specific people will watch it. But now that it's become such a big thing, I'm like really surprised and really happy about it"
