"Every day at shoot with my co-stars Parmish, Jasmin, Aadar, Arunoday, Ravi and Chandan sir were amazing. I have made a great friend in Arunoday, we have had so much fun on and off set, while at hotels and that is one of the biggest things I am taking away from Kanneda - he is a lovely human being and a great mind. I don't even need to mention his acting skills, we have all seen it on screen and he is too good," Zeeshan quipped.

Jasmin Bajwa, who plays a crucial role in the series, expressed her happiness on bagging the character of Harleen. Spilling the beans on her role, she exclusively told Filmibeat, "Kanneda is all about identity and belonging, and Harleen-the bold, confident, passionate young character I play-has a lot to say on this, as she has her own individual struggle to find and embrace herself in the story.
