Bang
Bang!
as
the
name
goes
for
the
title
so
does
the
stunts
and
action
in
the
film
which
goes
Bang
Bang.
The
most-awaited
flick
of
the
year
starring
Hrithik
Roshan
and
Katrina
Kaif
is
out
in
theaters
today.
Bang
Bang
releases
in
over
4500
theaters
and
will
be
a
biggest
competitor
for
Haider
starring
Shahid
Kapoor
which
also
releases
on
October
2.
Hrithik
Roshan
and
the
makers
of
the
film
claim
that
though
it
is
an
official
remake
of
Knight
and
Day,
this
is
totally
different
for
the
Indian
audience.
Story
Goes
Like
This…
Hrithik
Roshan
(
Rajveer
Nanda)
is
on
a
cat
and
mouse
race
with
the
villain,
trying
to
protect
the
most
valuable
stone-the
Kohinoor
diamond.
When
he
meets
the
innocent
bank
receptionist
Harleen
Sahni
(
Katrina
Kaif)
she
falls
for
his
charm
and
charisma
and
is
also
fallen
unwillingly
into
this
cat
and
mouse
game
that
he
is
playing.
This
encounter
with
Rajveer
results
in
the
on-rush
of
weilding
guns,
bullets
flying,
ditched
planes,
car
chases,
bombing
raids
and
ends
up
creating
a
chaos.
But
as
the
chase
begins
Rajveer
convinces
Harleen
that
he's
the
good
guy,
can
she
really
trust
him.
Will
she
trust
him
even
after
the
bullets
start
flying?
Will
he
succeed
in
protecting
the
diamond?
Will
they
live
happily
ever
after?
forms
the
crux
of
the
film.
All
these
questions
will
be
answered
for
you
readers
when
you
all
watch
it
on
big
screen.
Review
The
film
releases
in
three
Indian
languages
Hindi,
Tamil
and
Telugu.
First
and
foremost,
when
you
go
to
the
theater
expecting
the
same
story
in
an
indianised
version
with
some
masala
entertainment
after
having
watched
the
Hollywood
flick
Knight
and
Day,
then
it
will
be
a
big
surprise
for
you
all.
The
reason
being,
Bang
Bang
is
a
total
entertainer
which
is
just
not
the
same
like
Knight
and
Day
although
some
scenes
do
look
similar.
However,
I
was
totally
awe
struck
by
the
makers
of
this
film
in
which
they
have
shot.
Siddharth
Anand
has
scored
a
ten
on
ten
for
his
direction
of
this
movie
even
after
giving
flop
films
like
Ta
Ra
Rum
Pum
(2007)
and
Bachna
Ae
Haseeno
(2008).
When
the
director
said
that
Bang
Bang
is
totally
a
different
film
even
though
it
is
a
remake,
nobody
believed.
He
said,
“I
can
throw
out
a
challenge
to
people
to
watch
Knight
and
Day
and
Bang
Bang…
there
is
so
much
change
in
the
story
and
screenplay
that
you
will
never
be
able
to
predict
what’s
going
to
happen
next.
I
am
ready
to
put
my
money
where
my
mouth
is.”
Today,
it
is
very
clear
that
the
director
is
100%
right
when
he
said
that.
From
the
car
chases
to
those
full-fledged
stunts
that
Hrithik
has
tried
out
in
this
film,
it
is
simply
breath-taking.
From
the
looks
of
this
chiselled
actor
one
can
understand
the
effort
and
hardwork
he
has
put
through
to
make
it
happen.
Action
choreographer
Andy
Armstrong
of
‘The
Amazing
Spiderman
2’
fame
has
given
the
best
action
coupled
with
Hrithik’s
dedicated
effort
to
perform
such
stunts.
Cinematography
at
it’s
best,
the
locations
they
have
chosen
to
shoot
the
film
is
equally
awesome.
Music
by
Vishal-Shekhar
is
already
a
big
hit
and
are
topping
at
chartbusters.
Tu
Meri,
Meherbaan
and
Bang
Bang
are
super
romantic
songs
out
of
all
the
other.
While
Hrithik
has
replicated
his
dance
icon
Michael
Jackson’s
moves
in
one
song,
Katrina
Kaif
is
not
to
be
taken
lightly.
OMG!
this
leggy
lass
has
given
her
jaw-dropping
dance
moves
and
has
been
constantly
appreciated
about
her
dance
in
all
her
recent
movies.
The
only
negative
point
in
the
film
would
be
the
weak
screenplay.
While
the
Hollywood
flick
had
little
glitches,
we
wanted
and
expected
the
story-writers
to
have
improvised.
But,
unfortunately
it
has
not
been
taken
care
of.
It’s
very
hard
to
understand
Harleen’s
intimacy
towards
Rajveer
even
after
he
shoots
her
boyfriend,
undresses
her
without
her
knowledge,
breaks
into
her
apartment
and
drugs
her
too.
He
also
takes
her
to
all
picturesque
locations
in
Thailand,
Shimla,
Manali,
Prague
and
Abu
Dhabi
within
very
short
time.
That
leaves
the
audience
highly
confused.
Except
for
this
little
flaw,
Bang
Bang
is
a
full-on
masti,
action-packed
total
paisa
vasool
movie.
Verdict
Don’t
miss
the
action
on
big
screen
people.
Just
watch
it
for
fun,
Bang
Bang
is
a
total
action-packed
fun
entertainer
for
this
long
weekend
holiday.
