Fukrey 3 Review: Varun Sharma And Pankaj Tripathi Are Hilarious In This Timepass-Funny Film

Fukrey 3 Review: In 2013, a movie titled Fukrey was released. The film starred Richa Chadha, Pankaj Tripathi, Varun Sharma, Pulkit Samrat, Manjot Singh, and Ali Fazal in the lead roles, and it was a sleeper hit at the box office. The makers decided to make it a franchise and in 2017, a sequel to the movie titled Fukrey Returns was released. Even the sequel did well at the box office, and now, today, the third instalment of the film, Fukrey 3 has hit the big screens. So, is this movie as good as the last two parts of the franchise? Fukrey 3 is about Bholi (Richa Chadha) who has decided to contest in elections in Delhi, and she takes the help of the Fukras, Choocha (Varun), Honey (Pulkit), Lali (Manjot), and Pandit ji (Pankaj Tripathi). But, things take a twist and Honey decides that Choocha will contest against Bholi in elections. Now, who will win this election, and in between what all happens with these fukras forms the rest of the story...

Nowadays the audience prefers to watch movies that are mounted on a huge budget and are a perfect package of entertainment with action, drama, humour, good music, and of course, the content also has to be good. But, then sometimes you don't want a perfect package and prefer to watch a movie that just relaxes your mind, and that's what Fukrey 3 offers.

Fukrey 3 is a silly comedy with some hilarious scenes and dialogues that will make you laugh out loud. It's a full-on time-pass movie that you can sit and enjoy for 150 minutes. It is not like you will be rolling on the floor laughing throughout the movie, but of course, writer Vipul Vig and director Mrighdeep Singh Lamba have come up with a few scenes that will surely make you laugh and you will remember them even after the film is over.

From its first instalment, the biggest strength of the Fukrey franchise has been the performances and that happens in Fukrey 3 as well. Varun Sharma as Choocha is simply amazing once again and Pankaj Tripathi as Panditji will steal your hearts. Both the actors are hilarious in the film, and wherever the film falters, these two save it with their acts. Pulkit Samrat looks hot and has performed well. Manjot Singh also leaves a mark, and Richa Chadha as Bholi Punjabban will once again impress you. The best part here is that all the actors even after so many years have got into the skin of their respective characters perfectly.

When it comes to music, apart from the title track, none of the songs of the Fukrey franchise have ever grabbed our attention and that happens in Fukrey 3 as well. Whenever the title track comes, it pumps up the film's momentum.

Overall, Fukrey 3 is an entertaining, time-pass, comedy film. So, you can surely watch it once in the theatres and enjoy it.
