Ganapath
Review:
Vikas
Bahl
is
known
for
directing
some
amazing
movies
like
Chillar
Party,
Queen,
Super
30,
and
GoodBye.
But,
we
cannot
forget
that
he
also
made
Shaandaar.
Now,
today,
his
new
directorial
titled
Ganapath
-
Part
1
A
Hero
Is
Born
starring
Tiger
Shroff
and
Kriti
Sanon
in
the
lead
roles
has
hit
the
big
screens.
The
movie
also
stars
Amitabh
Bachchan
and
the
megastar
has
a
cameo
in
the
film.
So,
is
Ganapath
worth
your
time
and
money?
Well,
read
on
to
know
that...
Ganapath
is
set
in
the
future.
After
a
war,
the
whole
word
is
destroyed
and
then
divided
into
two
parts,
Silver
City,
where
rich
people
stay,
and
a
place
where
poor
people
stay.
Guddu
is
working
for
a
person
in
Silver
City,
but
he
doesn't
know
that
he
is
actually
the
savior
of
poor
people.
How
he
becomes
the
mahisa
for
the
poor
people,
forms
the
rest
of
the
story.
The
movie's
concept
is
good,
but
the
screenplay
and
narration
are
quite
average.
The
film
has
some
good
action
sequences
that
are
choreographed
well.
Performance
wise,
Tiger
Shroff
is
perfect
for
this
role
as
it's
an
action-oriented
character
and
that
suits
him
well.
Kriti
Sanon
is
damn
good
in
her
role
and
she
has
been
given
some
really
nice
action
scenes.
Amitabh
Bachchan
is
nice
in
his
cameo,
but
Gauahar
Khan
and
Elli
AvrRam
are
wasted.
South
actor
Rahman
makes
his
Bollywood
debut,
and
he
is
very
good
as
Shiva.
Overall,
Ganapath
is
a
decent
entertaining
action
film
with
some
good
performances.
