Ghudchadi Review: Raveena, Khushalii And Parth Try To Save This Strictly Average Film With Their Performance

Ghudchadi Review: In 2022, a film titled Ghudchadi starring Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon, Khushalii Kumar, and Parth Samthaan was announced. The film's announcement had surely mad everyone excited for various reasons. Now, after two years, the movie has premiere on Jio Cinema. So, is this movie worth the wait? The movie revolves around a guy named Chirag (Parth Samthaan) and his grandmother Kalyani (Aruna Irani) wants him to get married soon. He meets a girl named Devika (Khushalii Kumar) at a wedding, love at first sight situation and then they start dating. Chirag's father Veer (Sanjay Dutt) is a widower and one day he meets his ex-girlfriend Menaka (Raveena Tandon) who is the mother of Devika. Now, one side the kids are romancing, and on the other side, the parents are romancing. What will happen next when they all will come to know about this situation...

The basic concept of Ghudchadi is very refreshing and surely offers something new. But, the storyline has not been converted into a good film. The first half of the film is bland, and doesn't make us laugh out loud. The interval block is hilarious, and in the second half the movie becomes better. The emotional climax hits the right chords of our hearts.

The problem with Ghudchadi is that the way it has been narrated it looks like a TV serial that too from the early 2000s. The dialogues given to the characters, especially the ones mouthed by Kalyani's character will make you cringe. If this film had a better narration, it could have done wonders.

Ghudchadi Actors' Performances

Ghudchadi is a film where even if the movie is faltering, actors are trying their best to save it. Raveena Tandon steals the show, and proves that even at 49, she can surely play the role of a romantic heroine. Comedy, emotional scenes, romance; Raveena nails it in everything. Khushalii Kumar is looking stunning in the film, and she has giving a wonderful performance. Watch out for he emotional scene in the climax, it will get tears in your eyes.

Parth Samthaan fans are in for a treat. He is a perfect hero material, has a great screen presence, and he has performed really well. We surely wish to see him in more movies. Sanjay Dutt has done a good job when it comes to comedy and emotional scenes, but when it comes to romance, the actor fails to impress. Aruna Irani has performed well, but her character is just very outdated.

Ghudchadi Music

The songs in the film are quite good. Punjabi Munde is already a chartbuster and even Dil Vasda will grab your attention.

Overall, Ghudchadi had a good concept, but it has not been converted into a good film. But, if you are a Raveena Tandon, Khushalii Kumar, or Parth Samthaan fan, then it is a must-watch for you!
