A video that has emerged online shows a man opening a carbonated drink can and kneeling down to pour the beverage into the mouth of a woman. She fills her mouth with the soft drink and transfers it to the mouth of her male companion.

Then the couple engages in a rather unsettling act of sharing their drink in a manner that could be described as downright creepy as they pass the liquid back and forth by transferring the drink to each other's mouths. We can see a few passengers in the background who are visibly shocked and uncomfortable witnessing the bizarre performance.

Netizens react to the video

The video has gained significant attention on social media, which has left many in disgust. The couple is causing widespread outrage, and many have expressed their disapproval of doing such ostentatious acts in public.

Taking to X, one user wrote, "Eating/drinking is strictly prohibited in metros, and this type of cheapo giri will encourage others too," while another said, "This must be in Delhi Metro." A third user quipped, "Lucky we that they don't eat Vimal."

While filming videos and taking pictures are not allowed inside metro trains, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has been actively promoting awareness and repeatedly requesting passengers to report such incidents promptly if they witness them.

The DMRC said in a statement, "Well, we are trying to raise awareness through social media, and we have also appealed repeatedly to passengers. These should be reported immediately if co-passengers notice such acts."
