Anup Soni Attends Narrowcasters Audio Guide Launch At National Museum Of Indian Cinema
The National Museum of Indian Cinema has introduced the Narrowcasters Audio Guide, enhancing visitor engagement by offering an immersive experience of Indian cinema's rich history.

The National Museum of Indian Cinema (NMIC) has introduced an enriching addition to its visitor experience with the launch of the Narrowcasters Audio Guide at Gulshan Mahal. In collaboration with the National Film Development Corporation (DC), this initiative offers an innovative, self-guided auditory journey, allowing visitors to delve deep into the rich tapestry of Indian cinema's history.
The celebration of this launch was marked by traditional festivities, beginning with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp. Distinguished guests including Mr. D. Ramakrishnan, General Manager of NFDC, Mr. Anup Soni, the Chief Guest, alongside Ms. Shruti Prakash, Special Guest, Ms. Christine Sharma from Narrowcasters, and Mr. Satyajit Mandle, Deputy General Manager of NMIC, graced the event. The felicitation of these guests post the lamp-lighting ceremony set a warm and inviting tone for the proceedings.
A Heartfelt Inauguration and Memories Shared
The unveiling of the Narrowcasters Audio Guide banner was the event's focal point, symbolizing the official commencement of this new visitor service. This momentous occasion saw Mr. Anup Soni, Ms. Shruti Prakash, Mr. D. Ramakrishnan, Mr. Satyajit Mandle, and Ms. Christine Sharma coming together, showcasing their collective support for this innovative project.

The Narrowcasters Audio Guide is now accessible to museum visitors, offering an engaging and insightful way to explore NMIC's exhibits and immerse themselves in the history of Indian cinema. For those planning a visit, the museum has updated its official rates for audio-guided and guided tours:
- For Indian citizens below 13 years, the audio-guided tour costs Rs. 40, while those above 13 years pay Rs. 165. Foreign visitors below 13 years are charged Rs. 250, and those above 13 years, Rs. 600.
- A guided tour costs Indian citizens Rs. 236 and foreign citizens Rs. 1180.
