From Chance Encounter To Chart-Toppers: The Story Of The Dynamic Duo Sachin-Jigar

Sachin-Jigar's journey into Bollywood's music scene started with a chance encounter at Rajesh Roshan's studio and they clicked instantly. "I was doing a lot of TV scoring,and theatre at that point and needed someone to help me out," Sachin reminisces. From that very first day, they knew they complemented each other. "It was just a perfect flow. We both shared the same vision, and honestly, we never really thought of a partnership," Jigar adds with a smile.

Their careers took a pivotal turn when Pritam, who saw their potential long before they did . "It was Pritam who sat us down and explained that we had it in us to become music composers," they reflect. That conversation changed everything for the duo, giving them the confidence to take their collaboration to the next level.

Their big break came with F.A.L.T.U. in 2011, and songs like 'Char Baj Gaye' and 'Party Abhi Baaki Hai' turned them into household names. "We were never sure if we would make it, but we kept going with the flow," Jigar recalls. With hits in films like Shor in the City, Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, and Stree, they quickly established themselves as a go-to duo for Bollywood soundtracks.

On the work front, it seems like Sachin-Jigar is in no mood for a break. The duo, whose recent release Stree 2 is making waves, have Citadel: Honey Bunny, Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video, and Maalik in the pipeline.
