Gangster Goldy Brar Dead or Alive: Infamous gangster Goldy Brar made the headlines lately after there were reports about his death surfaced on the internet. It was reported that Goldy Brar, who was touted to be the mastermind behind Punjabi Singer Sidhu Moosewala and had also threatened Salman Khan, was shot dead in US. The media reports suggested that Goldy Brar was killed by his rival gang in California.

However, as per the recent update, the US Police have denied reports that Goldy Brar's death. According to a report published in IANS, Lieutenant William J. Dooley stated, "If you are inquiring because of the online chatter claiming that the shooting victim is 'Goldy Brar', we can confirm that this is absolutely not true".

Dooley further mentioned, "We have received inquiries from around the world this morning as a result of misinformation being spread on social media and online news agencies. We are not sure who started this rumour, but it caught on and spread like wildfire. But again, it isn't true. The victim is definitely not Goldy". Meanwhile, the local reports also suggested that the man killed in California happens to be 37-year-old Xavier Galdney.

For the uninitiated, Moosewala was shot dead in Mansa. While Lawrence Bishnoi was earlier linked with the killing, it was Brar who took responsibility of the crime in an interview citing Moosewala's alleged role in the killing of Lawrence's associate, Vicky Midukhera. He stated that Moosewala needed to be 'taught a lesson'.

This isn't all. Brar, who is a member of Lawrence Bishnoi's gang, also called Salman Khan his next target after he took responsibility of Sidhu Moosewala's killing. In fact, he had even claimed to keep trying to kill his enemies till he succeeded. "We will kill him, we will definitely kill him. Salman Khan is our target, there's no doubt about that," he added
