Navjot Singh Sidhu Wife Health Update: It's been a while since Navjot Singh Sidhu's wife has been battling with breast cancer. The former cricketer, who is quite active on social media, often shares details about his wife's battle with cancer on the micro-blogging site Twitter. To note, Sidhu's wife had recently undergone her second surgery for the disease and seems to be recovering well.

The update was shared by Sidhu a month after the surgery. Taking to Twitter (now X), Navjot Singh Sidhu shared a pic with his wife who looked visibly weak. In the caption, the former ace cricketer wrote that his wife's 70 stitches have been removed and the wound is expected to heal soon as they look forward to starting the radiation therapy.

"70 stitches have been removed and the wound is healing....... There is a 2.5-inch area that requires daily dressing which continues under the able supervision of Dr.Manpreet Thind..... waiting for the wound to fully heal before beginning the necessary radiation therapy," Sidhu tweeted. He further added, "Keeping fingers crossed..... hopeful for a full recovery within 2 weeks to start the radiation treatment as planned"

As Sidhu shared the update, several fans took to the comment section and sent recovery wishes for Sidhu's wife. A Twitter user wrote, "Waheguru is with you and your family. I am with you brother. God Bless Everything will be ok".

Earlier, in April, Sidhu revealed that his wife h been suffering from a condition called metastasis wherein the cancer keeps on progressing. "Operation for rarest of rare Metastasis - lasted three and a half hours. Affected skin removed and reconstruction done with flaps. Her resolve is steadfast, the smile never leaves her face - courage thy name is Noni. Dr Rupinder hoping for a speedy recovery," he had tweeted.

This isn't all. He had also shared pics with his wife soon after she was discharged from the hospital post the surgery. "Back on her feet ... discharged from Hospital ... one month recovery time before 25 radiation session's ... Big thank you to Dr Rupinder and the staff ... indebted forever," he wrote on social media.
