She began her pilgrimage at Chottanikkara Temple in the early morning. Watching the 4 a.m. Nirmalyam ritual, she found herself entranced as the goddess was bathed. Next, she visited the Kodungallur Temple, noting the powerful presence of the Devi. Her pilgrimage concluded at the Sri Rama Temple in Thriprayar, where feeding the fishes resonated deeply with her.
