PV Sindhu-Venkatta Datta Sai Wedding Pic: PV Sindhu is now married. The Badminton star has tied the knot with Venkatta Datta Sai in a traditional ceremony in Udaipur. The couple exchanged wedding vows an intimate ceremony in presence of close friends and family members. On December 14, the 29-year-old Olympic medalist introduced her fiance Venkatta to the world through her engagement announcement post.

Days after announcing her engagement to her partner Venkatta Datta Sai, PV Sindhu has tied the knot with her beau on Sunday evening evening (December 22) in an intimate ceremony in Udaipur. While the newlyweds are yet to share the good news on social media, Union Minister of Culture and Tourism, Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, took to Twitter (now 'X') and shared the first picture of the newlyweds from the wedding.

Blessing the couple, Ganjendra wrote, "Pleased to have attended the wedding ceremony of our Badminton Champion Olympian PV Sindhu with Venkatta Datta Sai in Udaipur last evening and conveyed my wishes & blessings to the couple for their new life ahead. (sic)"

For the D-day, the bride and groom twinned in champagne-colour traditional outfits. PV Sindhu opted for a champagne-colour saree accessorized with traditional jewellery, while Venkatta complemented her in matching sherwani.

Fans and well-wishers have started showering the newlyweds with love and best wishes. According to reports, the couple is planning to host their wedding reception on December 24 (tomorrow) in Hyderabad, Sindhu's hometown.

PV Sindhu-Venkatta Datta Sai kickstarted their wedding festivities with a fun-filled sangeet ceremony on December 20, followed by Haldi, Pellikuthuuru and Mehendi on the next day.
