The actress recently returned from Dubai and upon her return, she faced severe criticism over her derogatory remarks targetting Nagaland. As per reports surfacing online, upon her arrival, Rakhi addressed the media and drawn insensitive comparisons between the picturesque hills of Nagaland and her own physical attributes.

"Don't take my oops moments. Your focus is only on my Karan Arjun (the breast area) and my Nagaland. Why do you do it? Whenever I see social media, your camera angles are in different place. This is wrong. Being an Indian citizen, I will come to India not Nagaland. This is my country, I will come here only," she was quoted saying.
